Analytics and privacy

Active Cluster uses a first-party measurement system to understand whether a public page was requested and how visitors use that page. Measurement runs automatically without an interrupting pop-up. You can turn it off below.

Basic request record

When a page loads, the site may record the page, time, broad request location such as country, region or city where supplied by the hosting provider, broad time zone, browser category, referral origin, campaign parameters and indicators of automated traffic. Raw IP addresses are not retained in the analytics store; the server converts them into a protected keyed value used for short-term rate control and traffic grouping.

Behavioural analytics

The site can record active viewing time, scroll thresholds, sections viewed, link and call-to-action clicks, document or video events, form state events and return visits. It does not record form contents, typed text, clipboard contents, exact pointer movements, passwords, canvas fingerprints or personal messages.

Personalised links

A business communication may contain a random recipient token in the r parameter. The token contains no name, email address or company name. The site removes it from the visible browser address after reading it. Use of the link indicates that the issued link was used; it does not prove who personally opened or forwarded it.

Retention and access

Browser event records are designed for a 180-day retention period. Basic request records and rate-control records are designed for shorter retention. Analytics collections are not exposed directly to browsers; access is limited to internal server and reporting tools.
