AUTOMOTIVE GROUP × PVA
A complete PVA operating model in real business.
Manufacturer → Employees → Dealers → Business Customers → Retail Customers → Vehicles → Finance → Leasing → Insurance → Services
Start in one country. Build the working model. Scale it through the automotive group’s existing dealer and customer network.
One Country → Working Model → Dealer Network → Group Scale
01 · THE PROJECT
Test the complete model on a micro scale.
The first project does not need large numbers.
It needs a small number of real participants and a complete set of roles and operating protocols.
In the first country:
- connect all key types of participants;
- define the operating protocol for each;
- run the main scenarios from action to result;
- test interaction between PVA, the manufacturer, dealers, customers and partners;
- create a model that can be repeated through the dealer network in another country.
Small numbers. Complete operating model.
02 · WHAT THE MANUFACTURER GETS
A new mobile commercial channel around existing vehicles and customers.
In one interface:
Sale → Finance → Leasing → Insurance → Vehicle Protection → Service → Parts → Trade-In → Next Vehicle
The first vehicle sale creates the relationship.
PVA uses that relationship for the commercial events that follow.
The manufacturer gains a continuing mobile channel around the vehicle, its owner and the dealer network.
03 · EZ
Connect workforces and increase productivity.
EZ is a service inside PVA that delivers EpidZero knowledge, trains new skills and changes behaviour with the objective of eliminating respiratory illness from the business environment of the manufacturer and participating companies.
During the first project, the manufacturer’s employees receive PVA and access to EZ.
EZ can then be used across dealer workforces, business customers and other participating companies.
Knowledge → Skills → Behaviour Change → EZ Qualification
EZ creates the first permanent use case for PVA inside the automotive group.
04 · PVA LOCAL COMMERCE
Make PVA an everyday commercial tool between automotive events.
PVA can be used by:
Manufacturer → Dealers → Business Customers and Their Employees → Retail Customers → Drivers
They use PVA as sellers or buyers at any point of sale.
Showcase → Order → Payment in PVA
Each participant develops its own side of the commercial relationship.
PVA creates a new flow of real transactions between companies and people already connected to the automotive ecosystem.
Vehicle events happen periodically.
Local Commerce keeps PVA in everyday use between them.
05 · WHERE PVA ADDS PROFIT FOR THE MANUFACTURER
1 · More vehicle use
EZ → Fewer Sick Days → More Journeys → More Mileage → More Original Parts
2 · Earlier vehicle replacement
More Mileage → Faster Wear → Next Vehicle Purchased Earlier
3 · More repairs return to the authorised network
Breakdown / Accident → PVA → Authorised Service → Original Parts
The manufacturer creates additional commercial activity from relationships it already has with employees, customers, vehicles and dealers.
06 · SPECIAL PREPARATION
During periods of high epidemic risk, PVA becomes a primary commercial transaction environment between PVA clients.
By that stage, qualified participants are already using PVA for their main buying and selling requirements.
Their commercial networks are established and practised, while employees have been trained to remain within lower-risk groups.
Participants can use their EpidZero Qualification in B2B and B2C transactions, including supply, imports and tenders.
Qualification → Visible Risk Level → Counterparty Selection → Transaction
The manufacturer can continue working through PVA with its factories, employees, dealers, suppliers, customers and financial partners.
Normal Conditions → Working PVA Network → Epidemic Risk → Protected Commercial Environment
07 · HOW TO CONNECT A CUSTOMER
Put PVA into the dealer process that already exists.
At the first vehicle viewing
The dealer employee invites the customer to download PVA.
At purchase
The customer receives a QR code, landing-page link or app link at the dealership.
At vehicle handover
PVA is offered to the new owner.
After the sale
Existing owners can be invited through the dealer’s current communication channels.
The objective is to put PVA into the customer relationship the dealer already has.
08 · WHAT WE NEED FROM THE MANUFACTURER
A small real environment in which the complete model can operate.
- One project owner
- The participating workforce connects to PVA
- A small number of dealers
- A small group of real customers
- A contact at a bank / automotive finance provider
- A contact at an insurance company
- A contact at a leasing company
All participants receive an invitation to use PVA.
A small number of participants is enough to test the complete automotive and commercial model in real operation.
09 · THE DEALER OPERATING PROTOCOL
Show → Explain → Connect → Continue
SHOW
Show PVA to the customer.
EXPLAIN
Explain why the app is useful to the vehicle owner.
CONNECT
Connect the customer through a QR code, landing page or app link.
CONTINUE
Continue the relationship in PVA through the next events around the vehicle.
The objective is to make this process simple and repeatable across the dealer network.
10 · PROJECT KPIs
Does the complete operating model work?
For each participant:
- Connected?
- Understands the role?
- Received the right event?
- Can perform the required action?
- Does the process move to the next participant?
- Was the result completed?
- Can the protocol be repeated?
For the manufacturer specifically:
- Does the customer remain connected after the initial vehicle sale?
- Does the next vehicle event return through PVA?
- Can service and repair activity return to the authorised network?
- Does the relationship create another commercial event?
- Can the same operating protocol be repeated through another dealer?
The primary result is a working and repeatable operating protocol for every participant.
11 · PROJECT PLAN
First review period: 3 months.
PERIOD 1 · MANUFACTURER + DEALERS
Appoint the project owner and connect the first dealers.
PERIOD 2 · EMPLOYEES + EZ
Connect the workforce and launch EZ.
PERIOD 3 · CUSTOMERS + LOCAL COMMERCE
Start customer onboarding and everyday commercial scenarios.
PERIOD 4 · VEHICLE + SERVICE
Run the main operating scenarios around the vehicle, service, parts and repair.
PERIOD 5 · INSURANCE + BANK + LEASING
Define and test the partner protocols.
PERIOD 6 · REPEAT EVENTS + SCALE MODEL
Test repeatability and prepare the operating protocols for the next market.
12 · ECONOMIC HYPOTHESIS
We expect several sources of additional profit for the manufacturer.
1 · More mileage
→ More Original Parts
2 · Earlier vehicle replacement
→ More Repeat Vehicle Sales
3 · More repairs within the authorised network
→ More Original Parts and Service Activity
The objective of the project is to measure each effect separately and establish the real potential for scaling across the dealer network, the automotive group and other countries.
13 · VEHICLE TECHNOLOGY
Anti-Theft
Attempted Theft → PVA → Response
PVA receives the event and launches the relevant response protocol.
eCall / Accident
eCall → Emergency Operator → PVA Event Verification → Response
PVA adds an event-verification and response layer around eCall and accident scenarios.
During the project, Active Cluster and the manufacturer can discuss the possibility of integrating this technology directly into the vehicle and the manufacturer’s own app.
14 · FINANCE, LEASING AND INSURANCE
Connect financial products to real vehicle and customer events.
A vehicle relationship creates requirements for:
Finance → Leasing → Insurance → Repair → Trade-In → Replacement
PVA provides the commercial context around the event.
The relevant bank, finance provider, leasing company or insurer makes its own decision.
Customer Need → PVA → Relevant Provider → Decision → Result
The regulated provider retains control over eligibility, risk, pricing, terms, contracts and regulated execution.
PVA connects the commercial event.
The provider makes the regulated decision.
15 · SCALING
Start with one country. Build for the whole automotive group.
After the first project, the manufacturer has working protocols across the complete model:
Manufacturer → Employees → Dealers → Business Customers → Retail Customers → Vehicles → Finance → Leasing → Insurance → Services
For every participant, the model establishes:
WHO → WHEN → WHAT THEY DO → WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
In the next country, the dealers, customers, partners and local conditions may change.
The core operating model remains.
One Country → Working Protocols → Dealer Network → Next Market → Group Scale
